Car License Renewal NavCar

Fnb i have been a loyal customer for over 20years but ever since I have used your navcar assistance for car license renewal it has made me seriously consider switching over banks.

We have paid for and submitted all documents on the 21st july.was told that it takes 7 to 10 working days then it changed to 14 days.Its been almost 2months since we paid and still nothing.I have emailed numerous people only to get copied in on emails for feedback and still get nothing.I even call and message fnb premier for assistance but no1 can help.Why offer a service if you cannot deliver.Do you even have employees that know what they are doing other than send out emails asking others for updates.This is ridiculous. Where is my car license!!!!will never use you again.
