Car license renewal is a terrible costly service

I app**** for my vehicle licensing renewal on the app and paid for vehicle licensing renewal on the 25th of March 2022 there was a problem with the renewal that has been sorted out last month but I have still not received my discs and they have expired. I have tried on numerous occasions to fing out via the app , email and phone what is going on but to date still don't have the discs this is a terrible service and I will never use it again I have even been at the post office and at the traffic department which I didn't have time for therefore I tried this service and unfortunately no one can help me due to the fact I paid extra for a service that has cost me more than ever I am very dissatisfied with this service
