Car license renewal

I did a car license renewal via the Fnb app. 3 weeks later I have not received a single notification regarding my application even though I have sent in queries and complaints via the app. I have also had to resort to contacting FNB call centre to no avail. I would like my refund as I have already purchased my new car license
