Car license renewal

I have waiting over a month to write this, trying to give FNB the benefit of the doubt. However, you big question...how can we help you? Maybe responding to my emails, endless calls, contact on the app. Just feedback...any feed back. I renewed my car license through the app. The money was taken off my account and I have not heard again. If I get a fine for an expired fine, does this become your responsibility? Because it sure isn't my fault now. I really am very much considering changes banks after this frustration.
