Car insurance

<p>On the 30th was involved in an accident at Klerksdorp. I immediately informed FNB. From there the Service was pathetic. I was frustrated everyday. Thinking of the FNB's adverti*****ts, it's totally opposite to their service level. In a nutshell I have been battling to get my car to be towed to the panelbeater. Now my car was towed on the 9th of December, I don't know what's happening with my car even the progress on my car. I phone FNB everyday close to four times a day but still no one wants to take accountability of assisting the client and giving me the 10/10 service as a client. They all promise to call me back but they don't, what a shame. I phone my wife also phone them but what they do they just lie to us nothing else. I already spoke to Dorcas, Faith, Nombulelo, Ussene (I think the spelling is right) and Elizaine. The first day on the 30th I send all the docs to Elizaine but even today when I phone we don't get help. They always tell u about the assessor. No one even mentioned to me that I have a courtesy car. What a service!!!!!! What a shame!!!!!! Up until last nite I checked my docs. I don't whether to phone FNB to get a courtesy car or just leave it because am tired to deal with *********** bunch of people. I am closing all of my accounts after this. FNB is just making a noise but the service is poor.</p>
