Car Finance - Disappointment

Good day,

I have requested a car finance from FNB sometime last week. First they request me to submit cortified copies of ID, Drivers Licence, which i believe they should have them in their system and not wait for me to ask for finance before they can tell me about the FICA requirements.

i provided what was requested then later, they ask for payslip and bank statement. i have used this bank for about 10 years, my salary has been paid by same company for over 5years, I dont understand why should i provide this, the reason i came to FNB is so i have have quick returnaround on my application, but they are asking information that any bank would have requested.

Today they ask for employment contract.

I dont think they are interested to finance me, so I'm not sure what games are they playing at. I'm so disappointed with their service. why do they say we have private bankers, whom really nothing is in their hands.

I will find another bank and switch over.
