Capitec superior to FNB

This is the 3rd time that I ask aboput the same thing, but did not get a response before. With Capitec I can pay Ngwathe Municipality as a predefined beneficiary, but not with FNB. Also with Capitec, I can pay my Nedbank Credit card, but not with FNB. I have asked how to do this twice before, but got no response, meaning that FNB cannot do it. I wanted to close Capitec, but I cannot because FNB online banking is pathetic in comparison to Capitec.
