Can't withdraw my PayPal funds.

I am trying my best to withdraw fund from my PayPal account to my FNB account and I get the E-8100 error saying to try again later. It already takes time for international currency conversion but now I have to keep waiting. Used to be easy to transfer before but now I can't even get my money.
