Can't withdraw money due to system error

I have a 32-day account with FNB. I wanted to make a withdraw from the funds in my account just to receive an error message. After about 12 phone calls over 5 days I was first told it is a system error and they are working on it. Another consultant said I need to submit documents which I have done. I phoned again and was told it is a system error. In 5 days, NO one at FNB could assist me to withdraw my own money.
