Can't view balance on account being paid

I am perplexed as to why I still don't have access to view balances on an account which I am paying through debt review.

What ****es me off, is that I have asked for this account to be added onto my online banking profile so I can can keep track of how much I owe. But nooo! Not FNB. FNB doesn't believe in transparency with their clients. They tell you that you owe, refuse to give to give you access to view an account balance, even though I've been requesting this on a number of occasions. This must be against POPIA or other rule of law. How can one be expected to pay an account that they can't see outstanding balance on. The only way I can see a balance is from a 3rd party. Ot is annoying and shows me that FNB doesn't care.
