Can't use profile

A while ago i enquired about the reason i can't open a bank account online apparently i already have a profile at FNB but can't open an account its been years since i even had a card i don't have a card i don't have login details.

A while ago a consultant helped me open an account telephonically but yet i'm unable to login to the app due to time contstraints i can't get to the bank in order to receive a card probably only by the weekend
