Cant use credit card online

I got an error when I tried to use my FNB premier credit card online purchase. I called customer care but no response from them. I dont really know whats wrong with these guys. They only assist me when i raise an incident here on hello peter. Why cant they assist me when i send an email to them or tried to call customer care ?
