Cant use business cheque card

I've recently discovered that I cannot use my business cheque card to make online purchases. You have to verify your card with VISA via FNB internet banking HOWEVER business online baking is UNABLE to do this. You have to have a personal profile - which I do not have as I personally dont bank with FNB. Your business centre and the branch I visited told me the only way to verify my card for online purchases is to open an FNB account in my personal capacity in order to have a personal online banking profile and then activate my card! This is absolutely ludicrous. I would much rather cancel my FNB business account and open a business account via the bank I use personally than the other way around if something so simple is beyond FNB's capabilities.
