Can't update itc after 1 year I settled their loan

Second review, and more empty promises. Was promised on the 11th of November that they have updated my itc , 18 days later my itc still shows that I'm 3 months behind on an account that was settled a year ago. They have messed up my credit score to a point that they also can't give a loan because they say I'm behind on my loan payments* which loan fnb because I payed you a year ago, you managed to take the money but can't do what you need to do. Wish I could give 0*
