Cant unlock FNB phone bought on eBucks
Bought an FNB Conexis phone on ebucks website, says call the number to unlock the phone. Called the FNB Connect number and they don't know what I am talking about, asking if I have paid it off and they can only unlock contract phones. They said I must call ebucks which I did and they said I must call FNB Connect again. Called and after ages they said a code would be sms'd to me but it wasnt. I have a phone I cant use despite the claim that it can be unlocked by calling FNB Connect.
