Can't transfer money from saving account to cheque

I have a pocket savings account with FNB. I always wanted to transfer the fund from that account to my cheque account but it never allowed me. so some 2 or 3 weeks I wanted this issue to be resolved. So I started chatting with a consultant on their app and I was given lot of numbers to call so that my account can work. The last consultant advised me to go to the nearest branch for my account to be BCSC(I don't know what it mean neither FNB consultant). I did exactly that but I was also not helped. Until I have to write to FNB care email. I was helped by a consultant who gave me hope that my issue will be resolved. The last communication between me and him was that I need to go back to the branch for them to take my fingerprints and my account will be fine. that was done today and nothing is working on that account. I was given the very same number that does not work and SAFPS number. I don't know why SAFPS number because I already provided FNB with the letter from SAFPS. All I want is this issue to be resolved. But it looks like FNB is not willing to resolve and it looks like it is the least of their problems. We are talking about a client who have Cheque account, credit card, 2 home loans but I still get this kind of service from a so called reputable financial institution.
