Can't Transact until the delivery of card...

Went to FNB branch that is at the Eyethu Mall to report a lost card and was assisted with canceling the card 💳, but never offered me an alternative card to transact in the meantime that I'm waiting for the replacement card.

Is that how it's supposed to be done or am I'm expecting to much from my bank.. 👏
