Can't stop debit orders during lockdown

I am trying to stop a debit order due to no services rendered as a result of lockdown. I am unable to get hold of the service provider, who continues to debit my account. I tried contacting FNB customer centre, only to be told that they cannot stop debit orders during lockdown, and that only the service provider can do so. This is unacceptable! I will move to another bank if FNB allows people to take your money without your consent!
