Can't stop and reverse debit orders.

I have cancelled my contract with Moove Gym and they are still debiting my account. I see you have removed a stop and reverse functionality from the banking app. We keep being sent from pillar to post to get assistance. Why have you removed self service functionality while everyone is striving for this. Please call me.
