Can’t reverse unauthorized debit order

It seems like the only way to get things done at FNB is to leave bad reviews on HelloPeter. I had an unauthorized debit order go off from my account in July. I tried to reverse it but get an error message on the app that the debit order cannot be reversed, I must work through the ‘money assist’ option to revese it. Tried phoning, they switch me over to the app and still can’t reverse or find out for who was the debit order. Went to the branch, they cannot help me, we sat there and I had to take out my phone so the assistant helped me on the app to reverse the debit order because that is the only way it could be done is over the FNB app. Same problem, cant reverse and also tried the money assist, still no luck. I have done the money assist 3times now and still haven’t gotten anything. If I can at least find out for what was the debit order for, but nobody can help me.
