Can't reverse unauthorised debit order.
Hi
Got an sms yesterday about a suspicious debit order which I don't know. I went online to reverse it which is R119.00. I managed to stop it but hen I reverse it I get an error. Have been trying since 18 December. The debit order went on 14 December 2018. How do I reverse this debit order? All I get is an error that I can't reverse?
Have been trying since last night. Please help as I don't know this debit order. Please help.
