Thank you for your comments.

Kindly be advised in order to reverse debits under R100.00 you will need to to call the help desk or visit your nearest branch as there is a limit set for reversals of debit orders.

Then why was i able to do so 5 days ago and a day after not ? In addition to this it doesn't correspond wifh FNB's Terms and Conditions it states any debit order under R 200 can be reversed via the app did your policy change in two days time ?

The following debit orders can only be stopped by visiting any branch, your banker or by calling the number on the back of your card: If it has been authenticated by you through card and pin (AEDO), or If it is over R200
