Can't reverse Debit Order

Broken inconsiderate system with FNB debit order system. I have been trying to reverse a debit order. When I call the call center, they refer me to the App. When I try to reverse on the app it says the Debit order cannot be disputed or the amount is above limit. So what should we do to have control over our money?
