Can’t register on website to link PayPal with Capitec

I’ve been trying for an hour to register for an online profile in order to link my PayPal to my Capitec account. It’s so bad that I was eventually got put on time out. It says there’s an error, something about an existing profile. I swear to God I’ve never had an account of any sort with FNB. This is so frustrating because from the complaints I’ve read so far, I’ll have to go to the branch. I’m 8 months pregnant the last thing I feel like doing is go stand in a cue and be moved from pillar to post. I really need to access my PayPal account, I have baby stuff to buy. Please fix this FNB.
