Can't process anything on the FNB site says the Capthcha won't work.

I have been trying to report the death of my father, but when I fill in the online form, it keeps on saying that it cannot be submitted as the Capthcha can't be done? Even when I tried the support service and typed out a query it also can't be submitted for the same reason. We have even tried doing it from different connections and laptops, but it shows the same error.

Hence my use of Hellopeter, with the hope that someone will contact us. We need someone contact me regarding how we can report the death.
