Can't port from FNB to any other network

I closed my FNB accounts and I also have an FNB sim card which after numerous attempts cannot be ported. I can't buy Airtime data or anything and are stuck. I need my number to be ported I can't change my number. I can't call FNB as I gave no airtime and the line to enter the branch are hours. I needs this sorted from FNB ASAP. I already send 3x port me sms'e after I spend hours begging any FNB client to send me R5 airtime in order for the sms'e to go through. It is embarrassing to say tge least
