Can't Open an account online

I cant open a bank account online i dont want to go into a branch. Apparently i still have a FNB profile because i have been an FNB client years ago which means i dont have login details i dont have a card and i'm not able to open an account online without these most probably im going to be told just to go into the branch i'm working most of the time thus that becomes an issue aswell. But now i cant bdcome a customer again. Because the profile i had is still active and guess what messagr im given online please activate your profile online ? How am i supposed to do that ?
