Cant open a new account and run out of airtime trying to do it

Your app refuses to allow me to open a 32day notice account. I cant do it online either. The online consultant told me to phone. I ran out of airtime holding. I went back to the next online consultant who actually phoned me back and then put me back into the system. Someone eventually answered, took my details and disconnected me. The next online consultant told me, he/she doesnt know how to do it, and sent me the website address. This is TWO HOURS later and I am still nowhere. How hard is it for someone to phone me on YOUR airtime and get the account opened. It makes no sense either why your system in the year 2020 still doesnt allow me to do it myself. I thought FNB was supposed to be the most technically advanced???
