Can't make payment as there is a fictitious hyphen in the reference field
Trying to make a payment online and i keep getting blocked from making said payment "Reference Invalid For Vodacom: Insert Your Vodacom Account Number I***8 Or Gt*** In The Reference Field. Do Not Insert A Hyphen(-)"
Yet there is no hyphen. Why am i being blocked from completing this transaction?!!!

13 Jun 2023, 18:36 Taryn Jackson Called me as agreed, the phone rang for about 3 seconds and when i answered the line was dead. Maybe let it ring for longer than 3 seconds next time and even call twice - think of how you would like to be contacted by a supporting arm of a company you are having to deal with.
