Can't login to online banking profile

I have an online profile that I used linked to my Paypal account for payouts. I opened it in 2019, and used it for a while. I recently tried to login but forgot my details. I have tried my mobile browser, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. With each the experience is different. On my iPhone's Safari browser I manage to reset the password, even getting sent an OTP. But once I try and login again it gives me an error that says "Your request cannot be processed. System currently unavailable. Please try again later. For assistance, please contact ***". I've tried this more than once, on separate days. NOTHING. I tried calling the contact center number, but ended up hanging up because I didn't get put through anywhere. I have funds that I want paid out, but can't since my profile is inaccessible. I can't reset the password on either Edge or Chrome on a PC. Not even the app allows me. Literally just Safari works. And even after the password reset, I can't log in. I'm at my wits' end at this point in time. I've used in the past, MULTIPLE times. But now I'm stuck.
