Can't link my Fnb online banking account to my PayPal account!

Okay so... I've been having some serious problems linking my Fnb account to my PayPal account. No matter how times I keep trying to confirm my information, but the same error message comes up E-100)mammoth.otp.Prepare OTP. Even though I've definitely verified both my Fnb online banking account and my PayPal account to the best of my knowledge, I still keep getting the same *******. I honestly need to use PayPal because I've just launched an online business, and PayPal is the only service that can help be withdraw money over earned from overseas consumers. I've also found that a lot of people have had similar problems, and when I went to a nearby branch, even they had no clue what it was about. I'm just tired of having to back and forth over this one issue
