CANT HELP WITH PAYMENT REVERSAL

I suspect that I'm being ****med and FNB cant assist me with immediate payment reversal. They wait for so long so that I can lose my funds. If they fail I'm moving my Business account and my personal bank acc . Capitec is taking too long to take over. With capitec I'm the app was gonna be the best way.
