Cant get through to open a new account

All i want to do is open a FNBy Islamic Account and stand a chance to win an ipad. However i have been sent from pillar to post and being made to hold for 20mins and then call gets dropped, 3 times since this morning. Not to mention that i have a youth account that was dormant for a while and i have been trying for 2 years now to reactivate it and i get told they will email the documents, nothing has ever come. So i used the caht feauter on my app because i mean i have "my team of bankers at my fignertips", all nonsense. they said i have to call in, i call in, wait for a consultant, verify my details, get told il be put through to islamic banking, goes to a new department, follow the prompts, wait and wait then the call cuts. Three times today this has happened, to a client who has been with you for more than 20 years. and i tell people its so easy to open an acc with fnb, and now i see it isnt.
