Cant get them to downgrade my account from private clients to Islamic gold

Requested a downgrade from private clients on 16th march . Followed up with them on numerous times . Was always told the team leader will escalate it or its been escalated It to my supervisor yet still nothing done . Gentlemen phones me to tell me that a new quote will be sent to me to sign for the gold credit card, it's been 2 weeks and haven't received anything . Frustrated because I've tried everything in my capacity but nothing is being done
