Cant get past their own technology..

Shocking. I have been trying to access my account which has a lot of funds in it to no avail. Its like talking to brainless robots everytime I try to illustrate my issue, the staff completely misunderstand me. Still have no access to my account because I don't have my old number for OTPs... after trying for over 3 years .
