CANT GET MY CARDS

As a new client of FNB I was very suprised at the simplicity of opening an account via the website.

The process was a painless one and took a matter of minutes.

On registering you get offered a courier service to drop off your cards. GREAT - love this and opted in.

I waited a few days, and it was confirmed I would recieve my cards today. Numerous SMS's reminding me to "Please have your proof of ID and Proof of Residence within 3 months old available..."

Being a tenant I had to contact my Landlord to get a proof of residence, elderly woman she sent me a Document dated - 2017/05/08 I did not question it as they were delivering my card on the 7th - one day within the 8 Months.

LOW AND BEHOLD - one of the most unhelpful couriers comes, REFUSES my proof of residence becuase its not after the 11th of May???

REALLY - come on FNB ans CCD what is going on?

IF you want something after a specific date then specify it please - I am now cardless and unable to access my accounts now.

Just think that someone should relook at the SMS's that are sent to NEW customers to not make them so frustrated.
