Can't get hold of the ***** department

There is a temporary block on my card. I've called FNB numerous times over the past few days. Today I have called the ***** number *** and held the line for sometimes 10 minutes at a time just to be cut off.

When I call the business banker, they say they can't assist me and they transfer me again to the above number and I get cut off again.

I have updated my contact number, but they still say they can't reach me.
