Cant get hold of FNB at all

So I tried to contact the FNB bank business...for days (5 days). Eventually they call me back and we speak. Unfortunately, they cant help me I need to talk to FNB online banking (business). So I call them. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 25 min...and counting. It really is disappointing how impossible it is to get hold of FNB.
