Cant get hold of dispute department at FNB

Please assist,I called dispute department to request reversal ,no luck the number that I was provided is not working I want someone to assist I have cancel my contract with my service provider in june ,they still debiting my account I have a cancellation letter I can't reverse my money is R344.00
