Can't get FNB number moved to contract

I'm trying to get my existing FNB number to a contract, but now I'm stuck with two FNB numbers that have minutes and data as I can't port an FNB number to an FNB number. I also can't get ahold of anyone and keep getting told to use the online portals, but they keep telling me to phone. I need this sorted please.
