Cant get cheque card...
I kive and work in Kruger national park and get 2 weeks leave every 2 months. I have been trying to get a new card for the past year but FNBs systems do not work for my lifestyle so I have had to e wallet myself for a year. If I go home on leave and apply for a new card it is not ready before I come back to work, by my next leave the card has been destroyed. I have tried ordering online and have it sent to Skukuza branch for collection but FNB insists to courier it to me but cannot find my address on the system so this does not help. Because of FNB's inefficiency I have also not earned e-bucks for the past year since o have not been able to swipe my card. I would really love to know what the solution to this problem could be
