Cant get assistance.

I need to open a Stockbroking Account with FNB so that I can be able to buy the FNB Zenzele Kabili share when they become available.

The biggest frustration of all times is having to speak to about 6 different people when you call FNb, and holding for 38 minutes, and to actually get no help frok any of them. Its frustrating. In the 4 phone calls that i have made to FNB in the last 2 days to get help, i have spoken to about 7 people who have failed to assist me, and i still do not have an account opened. I do not want to leave this to the last minute, hence i want to get it done now. Its disappointing that when I spoke to the Stockbroking department, the gentleman just referred me to the website, and when i got to the website, there were about 5 accounts i needed to choose from!! For someone like me, who has no experience in opening such accounts, its annoying and frustrating for him to just refer me to the website. And he also told me that i need to get. BBBEE mandate, he didn't explain what that was or where i need to get it from. Like, who is supposed to help me when FNB cant assist me???????

Can someone call me to give me proper information and guidance on how to open this account... All i want is to open a freaken trading account??? Is it really that difficult????
