Can't get a prepaid business credit card

I have app**** online twice for a prepaid Credit Card for my business and they don't get back to you within two days as promised. The one lady that eventually called me, told me she couldn't help me and hung up. I really expected better from you FNB! Is somebody going to call me so that I can arrange for this card????
