Cant FICA account, no assistance

Opened a business account and cannot get the FICA completed. Keep replying to the automated emails with the required documents without success. No one phones to assist and can't get hold of a consultant at the call centre (been on hold for ages)

Update; eventually got hold of a consultant who was rude and unhelpful. I'd adivse going to another bank.

Please can someone assist.
