Can't contact FNB regarding FICA requirements for non-existent bank account

I keep on getting official emails from FNB about not being FICA compliant, but I don't have a bank account with FNB! And I can't seem to contact FNB unless I download an app on my phone. Ridiculous! I have lodged a complaint via the online form, but I'm still getting these warnings, which are not ****s. The reference on the emails is *** and for my complaint it's ***. I think you should really be more accessible to non account holders and have at least an old fashioned email address to contact FNB with queries!
