Cant complete instructions

So on Wednesday I went to FNB at saxby shopping centre to open an account and close another. The account was opened and card was ordered. However the account I told them to close was never closed. I have had so many issues with FNB and I'm about to just close all my accounts and move to another bank. Staff are *********** at completing client requests properly and costs me time and money to take time out of my 3 businesses again to go to the bank to ask them to complete the request again, I have had so many issues from when I started with FNB its rediculous! I'm fed up with this bank. 1 more issue and I shut all the accounts and will leave FNB.
