Can't complain about servise, cause there ... IS NO SERVICE

So, like, does FNB ever respond to any complains? Guess not, cause they can't even assist customers with normal every day queries Have you ever tried calling an FNB Branch? Or customer service help desk? Don't bother, don't waste your time and airtime ...... I have never dealt with such a bunch of *********** fools!!!!!!!!!! And if they don't understand your questions they just transfer you to the voice prompt machine. Well done, you have lost another client, but hey, again, ya'll don't care, right? FNB how can we help you.................... my ass .............
