Can't complain about service because there is no service

It's is now almost a month and FNB still didn't pay out the funeral cover of my wive that has passed on. After numerous email attempts and driving to the branch in Upington 2 times I didn't receive happiness. Seems to me nothing matters to them. I haven't seen a worse bank than this. Mean you grieving and have to suffer with this. I m going to change my bank.
