Cant close my Kulula online banking account

I've been trying to close my kulula online banking account over the phone, HUGE disappointment with the helped I received there. I emailed them and FNB exactly 6 business days ago and nobody has gotten back to me. You CANT keep me from closing my account not making it so impossible to do!
