CANT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU - amazing advert. Opening a business account for a very small company, First National Bank has now officially managed to put the company into liquidation due to the banking charges which were more than the first 6 months income! I went to my nearest branch to close this account when I could see how I could close this account 3 months ago & was advised that due to the fact that I opened the account on line a FNB branch cannot close the account! I phoned several times through to FNB and am still waiting for the account to be closed and when I explained the problem of their banking charges being too high they said they would escalate the issue - needless to say the account is now overdrawn with bank charges and the account is still open! Thanks FNB for helping me to kill my company - now get my account closed!
